The platform is available for any user with at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you can still use the Platform but you must have your parents or guardian's permission.

Refund Policy

Due to the limited spots available in our coaching programs we have a 7 day return policy for all programs. If you find the program is not what you wanted or expected we will give you a full refund for any requests made within 7 days from date of purchase of coaching program. Refunds cannot be made after 7 days because our programs are designed with limited spots. We are unable to guarantee that there will be enough time to offer that spot to someone else before the coaching program cohort starts. This makes it unfair to someone who could have had your spot.

Errors

The Lived Verse, LLC Team does not guarantee that unexpected errors won't appear and system wil be accessible 100% of the time although the maximum effort is put into preventing this.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
